| Comments The applicant has gone to appeal by Informal Hearing because of the refusal of this scheme. The Trust felt it had met the Inspector’s comments on the previous appeal and the officers had recommended it for approval, but it was refused by the Planning Committee. As the Trust had made no comment on the application we will not be writing a letter. |

| Comments The Trust has been invited to an exhibtion of the proposals on Friday 16 July. This is to be held at the BID office at the Business Centre, 10 Parchment St. The Trust has been invited to come between 11am and 1pm to avoid the rush of the rest of Winchester residents. The Trust will not be sending in combined Trust comments, but please do make your own personal opinions known on the forms that will no doubt be provided. |
